Summary

Hispanic and LGBTQ communities have been targeted with disturbing anonymous text messages threatening deportation or “re-education camps,” escalating fear and uncertainty.

Latino students in Georgia received texts about deportation, while a lesbian entrepreneur in Nevada was told to report to a camp promoting conversion therapy.

Authorities, including ICE and the FBI, confirmed the messages are hoaxes, but fear of reporting persists among immigrant families.

These messages have instilled fear and uncertainty, especially among immigrant families, but advocates are urging victims to report incidents to trusted officials or community leaders to combat the harassment.

Between this and the plantation texts how the fuck is the FBI not giving any external communication about investigations. Do they really have absolutely nothing to show?

These texts are domestic terrorism. They’re non-violent but they absolutely fit the bill for terrorism.

They don’t want to find out. The backers are coming into office in two months’ time.

They were super busy investigatating black lives matters protestors for example… While they also readily admit nazis are a bigger problem.

Like all cops they prefer low hanging fruit that doesn’t fight back, and a lot of them simply agree with the racists.

ACAB includes the FBI that investigated and murdered Fred Hampton.

Yeah but domestic terrorism itself (last I checked) has no criminal statute. It would be much easier if we had a law defining domestic terror and how to prosecute it.

    They’re jokes until they aren’t.

Those who wish to bring slavery back are welcome to live as slaves. Those who wish fo mass deportation are welcome to get the fuck out. Those who wish for reeducation camps to attempt to change people’s orientation are welcome to be subjected to it.

The fascist furvor continues. Republican voters are all claiming it’s a hoax. They don’t even need to be told by anyone it is. They’re fully trained to believe that violence against minorities isn’t possible. It’s always a conspiracy to make wealthy white heterosexual men look bad. Always.

If you feel like experiencing the sinking crawling feeling in your gut that is realizing you are surrounded on all sides by indoctrinated fascists, read a Fox news comment section. The comments are genuinely horrifying. There is nothing that would cause them to challenge their unwavering support for Trump and his ilk. They will cheer as the military rounds up Black and Hispanic Americans.

I don’t even know if we’ll make it to January before we start to see republican states make moves towards actually doing these things.

Yeah, but we can’t hold corporations to some kind of standard. That would be completely unfair to the corporations. They create jobs and for that we should allow them to operate without any oversight whatsoever.

I’m honestly kinda suspecting this is more likely someone that’s upset about the election and fear mongering than it is someone who genuinely supports these positions.

This just feels like someone trying to make a point by trying to make the worst version of their enemies feel more real.

Hate crimes went up 20% during Trump’s last term. Hate crime related murders were at a 28 year high.

This shit is real, and your minimization of it is frankly abusive and fucked.

What are you even talking about? Have you ever seen the things they say amongst themselves? Have you not paid an ounce of attention to Trump’s rhetoric or the white supremacists who support him??

I try to spend time in both left and right spaces. Maybe I haven’t gone deep enough into rights spaces - I see them saying gender confirming treatments should be elective, not covered by any insurance and not available for any minors. I see support for mass deportation of immigrants who are undocumented or have overstayed their visas etc. I see them wanting to get “woke” teachers fired from schools, and some who want to ban abortion (but like marijuana, that’s a losing issue even in their base).

But I haven’t seen them calling for the death of every Democrat voter, not in active chat. I have seen screenshots and read anecdotes. I have seen the opposite though, both here and on Reddit, so many times, people I’m chatting with saying we need to kill every Trump voter. I don’t doubt that it happen on the right, my experience is seeing it more from the left though. It disgusts me regardless of where I see it.

Edit I saw this just a few posts below this post on “active” right after commenting this:

Wow, that is some serious horseshit. You only have to check out the comments section of Faux news to see thousands of examples of what you try to deny.

Have fun trying to gaslight people!

They’ve been saying shit like this for almost 10 years now. Now they have all the power they want/need to proceed.
Are you absolutely certain about what you’re saying?

If someone shows you their real self, believe it.
