As an Egyptian I can assure you that Egyptian government does nothing but big talk. am not talking about Israel, am talking about any country.

Besides Egypt is now under so much debt - due to current president’s lust of luxurious useless projects - that we can’t really raise our eyes for fear that debtors might ask for their debt back.

The message would most likely be “go ahead”.
