  • Im advocating for pushing the wealth from the top down. Make it financially non viable to own hundreds of houses, make it seriously sub optimal to own dozens over the long term.

A lot of new development is driven by investors, to build a new house you need to live somewhere while its built, and pay for the land and pay for the build in stages as it goes. That pretty much requires you to be able to cover two mortgages at once. Most investors I’ve met are buying off the plan when its a block of dirt or an unleveled paddock and consequently getting it CHEAP. They pay say $500k for a house that will sell for $800k when its finished because average working people cant cover the difference. But the house gets built and adds more supply to the system.

If you destroy property investing as a market, you will seriously hamstring new development and make the problem worse. You need to make owning thousands over the long term nonviable but make investing and adding to the supply be the money maker.

  • First 5 investment properties should carry a 1% property income tax that is directly funneled into a housing development program, then a 5% property income tax on the next 5, 10% on the next 10…

Realestate is the safest and highest yield investment working people can make to build generational wealth. Dont cut the throat of the guy who can afford a brand new Audi to spite the guy who has to decide between wether his driver fetches the Rolls or the Bentley.

People should be able to aspire to being rich, just not filthy rich.

My guy, Peptides and SARMS are also super interesting, think of it as the middleground between sports suplements and steroids, chemicals to fuck with your hormones in specific ways. Im taking 4 seperate ones at the moment and my biggest worry is “Am I getting whats on the label” and the biggest reason I dont know is that the FDA wont approve them for human consumption, even though thousands of people do.

I know I might be placing myself at risk of side effects, but I’m already doing it! I’m going to continue doing it, at least let me know my BPC157 is legit.

As someone who does performance enhancing substances and has a keen interest in Peptides and Sarms, I believe that some good could come from this.

Lets not pretend that the FDA hasnt created a walled garden with an insanely high barrier of entry for new drugs and compounds. Its prohibitively expensive to develop anything new and interesting. Especially in the space I mentioned where literally thousands of people are doing those drugs every day. But with precious fuckall in the way of actual literature on doses or quality sources.

  • I put wheels on my car which are a cheap copy of a very popular wheel because they were $500 not $2000 and I dont race. Every car meet someone has to comment that Im running “fakes” and try to give me a hard time about it. Yeah, Ive got a mortgage and a kid. Fuck off with your Supreme snapback ass hypebeast bullshit. I’m building the car I can afford.

People are toxic, even communities who preach peace and love as their doctrine have people who will whip out the moral-cock ruler and start shit over who is more peaceful and loving.

  • I have never once seen a pay scale that has seperate grades for women. The “women make less” statistic is weighted by women taking time off to raise children, that they are more likely to be primary caregivers and less able to do overtime and so on. (Which yes does figure into the problem)

That isnt to say that in jobs where staff can negotiate their own salary or recieve offers there IS DEFINITELY a problem with women recieving lower offers. Also being offered less chances for advancement, etc. But there isnt a company that would ever have the balls to deliberately put a lower pay scale for women on paper these days.
