I was in a band called Nostalgic Brainrot in the mid 80s (which is the entire decade).

We only played covers of the worst disco songs we could find. We were not very successful, or even widely tolerated.

It’s heavily affected by the fact that I used to listen to After the Revolution to fall asleep (in a good way! It’s a great book and Robert Evans’ voice is soothing IMO), but here’s mine:

Being too rich to have to worry about money spares you a shitload of stress and anxiety.

As does being too amoral to worry about how your actions affect other people.

They probably don’t get ZERO stress and anxiety, but they get so little compared to regular people as well as access to top notch healthcare and the best food that it’s literally not unusual for them to live at least a decade longer as a result.

Yes and no: it was those three, a reference to a book about the abuses of the insurance industry and “Depose”, which was probably the Adjuster defining his solution.

Initially, the media only reported three of them, either in a deliberate effort (from themselves or the cops they use as sources) to avoid drawing attention to the book, or by honest mistake.
