Surprisingly, the recovery room coffee (after minor surgery) tasted amazing. Of course, I didn’t have any coffee that morning and I was coming down from anesthesia…
Dude, same. The worst part of my recent should surgery was the lack of caffeine all day (bumped from noon to 4 pm surgery). That first sip of recovery room coffee was incredible
I’m not 100% sure I’m getting this one. Is emergency room coffee:
- Super crazy strong because the staff’s gotta commit to being so inhumanly wired at all times?
- Heinously putrid because chaos doesn’t allow for regular cleaning and replacement?
I would say “yes”
I used to work nights at a grocery store. The break room coffee was made by a recovering meth addict, and was basically the next “best” thing if only in theory.
