It’s incredible how every Islamic faction that’s involved has been way more cautious and careful for this entire conflict than Israel. I really admire their restraint! Israel is trying to escalate things left and right, but every other faction is trying to keep things from blowing up.

If Biden doesn’t jump on this then he wants Trump to win.

Standing by and watching a genocide take place isn’t all that admirable in my opinion.

It looks like the Biden regime has already jumped on it. Apparently all it ever took was a phone call. The mass murderers have called off the genocide and are pulling out of Khan Younis.

Yeah but getting involved means being bombed to hell by NATO, so governments are not keen on that. Even indirect involvement like the Yemeni blockade effected in this. In case of Iran it might even spark a world war.

I mean the Houthis weren’t, but there’s only so much you can do when the US has two aircraft carriers and implications next to you.

Watch as the US still doesn’t press Israel into a ceasefire. It’s becoming increasingly apparent that conflict in the Middle East isn’t an unfortunate circumstance but a goal of American foreign policy.

America? Wanting instability in an oil-rich region? That’s pretty much as optimally equidistant from the most major first-world economies as is possible?

      No. Way.

Well that’s just threatening them with a good time.

Netanyahu doesn’t want a ceasefire and he does want Iran to attack and draw the US into the conflict.

Netanyahu only wants one thing, and it’s to stay in power for as long as possible. If a regional war gives that to him (via Ben-Gvir), he won’t mind.

Edit: He currently holds a parliamentary majority. If he agrees to a ceasefire, the more extreme members of his coalition will no-confidence him together with the opposition. And, as it stands right now, he has no chance of participating in the next government.

Pretty sure he needs conflict to stay in power and he needs power to shield him.

      • Our homeboy from Philly, Bibi Netanyahu

Nonsense, it’s not fascism until the pointy end is facing me, until then it’s sparkling oppression.
