Bernie Sanders even came out and said “hey, if Trump wants to cap credit card interest rates, I’m with him on that.”
Trump says a lot of shit to appeal to working class people. I don’t disagree with reminding him of what he said and holding him to those things, if he’s now going to be president.
Same, also, Zuckerberg has always been a sketch ball who does anti-social and user hostile things with his app, so it was just years of being fed up with that. 2017 was just the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Yeah — I eventually learned to fix some things myself because when it does break, the repair people tell me it’ll be 2-3 weeks, but in the meantime it’s cold.
If they ever defederated, it would be incredibly disruptive since certain communities exist mostly on one or the other.
He’ll do what he already wants to do, drive a between the US and the EU by adding tariffs and just generally finding Europe’s weak points and sticking his finger in them til either the EU rolls back its laws, or he completely fractures the relationship. I’m guessing tech companies don’t want to fracture the relationship because they still want to be able to sell their shit there.
