I’m not sure what you’re saying. Are you saying Germany is falling apart because it doesn’t have debt?

Sorry, I meant satire.
I think what made it an obvious parody was the over the top PSA/commercials they broadcasted, and the fact that citizens are treated as a privileged class. I think at one point someone mentions that they have to become a citizen in order to be legally allowed to have children and that’s why they joined the army. It’s so far abstracted from our own reality, that I even picked up on the fact that it was a parody watching it for the first time at 12 years old.
TSA: I’ll show you a cavity protection
My guess is death certificate
I prefer the way chrome handles x509 certificates more than Firefox does. It’s still not perfect though.
I’m guessing that samsung probably has a link on their website for people looking to repair their phones and on order to get your shop listed there you have to agree to use samsung certified parts
Your confusion comes from the fact that dividing a quarter in half is 0.25/2. That’s not what’s shown in the comic. Dividing by 0.5 is the same as multiplying by 2. It’s just a quirk of syntax, the way we write math. If you spelled it out using English the comic would say “multiplying a quarter by two equals a half”. The confusion just stems from someone’s unfamiliarity with mathematical notation.
Especially walking uphill both ways
The writing I see on the wall is that these AI require such a large data set to create that only mega corps are going to have them. They allow some free access now, but in a few years they’re gonna start enshittifying the free tier and jack up prices
What is this “sub” you speak of? You use funny words, funny man.
I think two assumptions to this whole 10k people/day metric cause it to be inaccurate pseudoscience:
It assumes people learn things at random times, causing the distribution to average over 30 years.
It assumes everyone learns a thing by age 30. If you talk to anyone over 80 years old I guarantee they’ll tell you they don’t know everything.
It’s a sweet sentiment, but it bugs me how people keep quoting this like there’s any truth behind it.
If they tried it ones, they’ll try it twos.

Indeed. Has “home” ever been an alias for 127.0.0.1?.

Yeah that’s exactly what I think happened to him. He needs a better IDE and/or needs to stop copy/pasting code from stackoverflow or documentation that doesn’t match his library version.
Falsy* because it was undefined
However, their IDE should have highlighted it as an unknown property. Guess this guy is coding in notepad or vi.
A script is just a file that can execute a series of commands without the need to compile
No, you’re not allowed. Now go to your room and think about what you’ve done.
