Self defence, the mob was going to use the Struggle attack on the defendant, so the use of a “person defence weapon” in this situation is protected by the amendment, and its not my defendants fault that the rail company leaves switch levers unattended, and in the position that just so happened to destroy people on the track.

Yes, we need to bring in more lawyers to the trolley problem. I’m sure one of them can craft a solution that completely removes the protagonist from any responsibility and completely shortcuts the moral problem.

I completely concur, I have been consistent with my profit regardless of the market conditions, I got into the market early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from an investment adviser that was recommended by a popular economist on a popular forum, long story short, its been years now and l’ve gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser. Haha, okay! I was in the middle of sharing an investment idea, but I guess that’s being put out to pasture for now. Let me saddle up my ASCII skills and draw a horse for you instead! Here it goes:

Hope that meets your equine expectations! (And maybe we can corral that investment idea another time?)

Super fun, pardner. That horse is looking a little sparse, though. Maybe you could draw that horse winning the lottery and subsequently losing most of that money to gambling debts?
