I’ve been toying with the idea of getting back into Linux for a while now. While I’m still on W10 I’m not rushing, and haven’t installed a TPM Module so Windows doesn’t force W11 on me yet, but when I have no choice that may push my hand. There’s some stuff I find easier on Windows but Linux has really caught up in the past 20 years and I reckon I could daily it in the coming years.

That’s wild, how big is your house? My monthly spend on heating is 1/4 of that during winter to keep it at 21.

Oof I’m circa -10/-11 and that’s rough enough. I’d say an inch vision not a centimeter for me.

Yeah I’m in my 40s now and could barely see aged 5. I had glasses that were so thick even getting them in high index the lens sticks out of a chunky frame.

Grim Fandango, Full Throttle and Normality all have vivid memories in my brain.

Now this would be useful.

Samsung have been trying to dodge honouring under warranty for years - check the comments for how much work had to be put in to get them to honour it. It pays to fight sometimes.

I ran it on a mid range business machine from 2014 with mostly mild upgrades and a 1060 6GB. I’ve since upgraded everything but the GPU, need to have another stab but I keep playing CS2 instead. When I’m not playing that it’s TOTK on the Switch.
